1. Scope

5. Delivery, shipping costs, transfer of risk

For delivery within Germany and Austria we charge a flat rate of 25 EUR per order. From an order value of 6950.00 EUR we deliver free of charge within Germany and Austria. All risks and dangers of the shipment are transferred to the customer as soon as the goods have been handed over by us to the commissioned logistics partner and the customer is an entrepreneur. The delivery of our products free of charge can only follow to Germany.

If the order is not canceled by the buyer before sending the goods and the buyer does not receive the goods from the courier, the General Terms and Conditions will be violated and the seller has the right to charge a fee in the amount of shipping costs.

Delivery of goods will be made by a courier company on working days from 7:00 am. to 4.30 pm.

6. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of COMPRESSED GAS s.r.o. until full payment of the purchase price.

7. Payments

Only the payment methods indicated to the customer during the order process will be accepted. Detailed information about payment methods and shipping methods can be found in the selection category "Customer Information" on our website.

8. Cancellation policy

Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have a legal right of withdrawal
